Catering Refunds for students leaving Longdean

Balance on Lunch Account

If you wish to check if your child has a balance on their Longdean School lunch account, please log-in to SIMS Pay, and the ‘School Meal Balance’ is on the first screen. 

Request a Refund

Refunds can be given for balances of £5 or more, and if a student is leaving the school.  All requests must be made to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. stating the full name of the student.  

If lunch account payments have been made via SIMS Pay, then the balance will be refunded to the card on which the payment was made and will appear on your bank statement as ‘CAPITA’.

  If lunch account payments have been made in cash only, please also provide your bank details (bank name, sort code and account number).  We will forward these details to the catering company, Innovate, and request that they refund you by BACS.  

Request to transfer balance to sibling’s account

Any amount of remaining balance can be transferred between sibling accounts if a student leaves the School.  Please email your request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. stating the name of the student leaving and the name of the sibling to whom you wish the balance to be transferred to.

Requests to be received by 17th September 2021 – any unclaimed balances will be treated as a donation to the School.

Refunds requested before the end of term will be made over the summer break. Refunds requested after this will be completed over the October half term.
